- Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation 

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where possible 

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

- We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs 

- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return - Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods 

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will cover reasonable return postage costs and provide a replacement or refund.
